Support in Every Language: Share a Message of Care in Honor of 7 Cups Turning 13!
As part of 7 Cups Turns 13 and #13YearsofCare, we’re celebrating the many ways care is shared across our global community.
For this birthday activity, we invite you to submit a short supportive message or letter answering this question:
What would you say to someone who is struggling right now?
Your message can be:
- a few kind words
- a short note of encouragement
- a message of hope
- a reminder someone may need to hear today
You’re welcome to write your message in your own language. Because care is universal - and sometimes the most comforting words are the ones that feel most like home.
You can use the 7 Cups 13 Years of Care birthday frame below to share your message and help spread awareness of 7 Cups and the support our community offers.

How to Participate
1) Write a short supportive message for someone who may be struggling. Feel free to write it in your own language. If comfortable, sign it with a first name/username/pseudonym and also mention your country.
2) Add your message inside the 7 Cups Turns 13 birthday frame
3) Reply to this post with your finished submission
Not Sure What to Write?
Here are some ideas:
- “You are not alone.”
- “It’s okay to take things one step at a time.”
- “Even now, there is hope.”
- “You deserve care, kindness, and support.”
Through this activity, we hope to show that no matter where we come from or what language we speak, care can still reach someone who needs it.
Please note: Submitted notes may be shared on 7 Cups social media or other community celebration spaces as part of our birthday event. You are welcome to sign your note with a pseudonym, username, first name, or leave it unsigned.
We can’t wait to see your messages and celebrate 13 years of care together.
@SoulfullyAButterfly I speak Spanish natively but I have indigenous heritage, is it ok if I send it in said indigenous language?

Translation:
"For whoever is reading this, remember this!
You're still here when life is hard, that means: you're strong.
You're not alone, we take care of eachother during the night, and then the sun will come out
Oh and also, have this lil jaguar :3"

@ItzVesper09 Btw I forgot to say this but yes this is a real language, it's an indigenous language from Central America, closely related to Nahuatl (The language of the Aztecs) and also my ancestral language, as I (like a big portion of my country) have Nawat heritage
@SoulfullyAButterfly
This is such a fun project to be a part of. It's great to see encouraging messages in different languages. I live in Australia but my family background is Croatian. My message translates to:
Dear friends, I know it may be difficult for you right now, but it's important to remember that you are not alone. Every day is a new opportunity to make things better, and your strength and perseverance will carry you through this period. Believe in yourself and know that better days are ahead. Take care, drink some coffee or tea, and be happy.
The bottom part is a tribute for the World Cup meaning "Let's go to the end", which is a chant that you can say even in everyday life.

When you're tired of sitting alone in that crowded room inside your mind, I am here to share your loneliness.
