Support in Every Language: Share a Message of Care in Honor of 7 Cups Turning 13!
As part of 7 Cups Turns 13 and #13YearsofCare, we’re celebrating the many ways care is shared across our global community.
For this birthday activity, we invite you to submit a short supportive message or letter answering this question:
What would you say to someone who is struggling right now?
Your message can be:
- a few kind words
- a short note of encouragement
- a message of hope
- a reminder someone may need to hear today
You’re welcome to write your message in your own language. Because care is universal - and sometimes the most comforting words are the ones that feel most like home.
You can use the 7 Cups 13 Years of Care birthday frame below to share your message and help spread awareness of 7 Cups and the support our community offers.

How to Participate
1) Write a short supportive message for someone who may be struggling. Feel free to write it in your own language. If comfortable, sign it with a first name/username/pseudonym and also mention your country.
2) Add your message inside the 7 Cups Turns 13 birthday frame
3) Reply to this post with your finished submission
Not Sure What to Write?
Here are some ideas:
- “You are not alone.”
- “It’s okay to take things one step at a time.”
- “Even now, there is hope.”
- “You deserve care, kindness, and support.”
Through this activity, we hope to show that no matter where we come from or what language we speak, care can still reach someone who needs it.
Please note: Submitted notes may be shared on 7 Cups social media or other community celebration spaces as part of our birthday event. You are welcome to sign your note with a pseudonym, username, first name, or leave it unsigned.
We can’t wait to see your messages and celebrate 13 years of care together.

Im really grateful to the founder, managment and volunteers on this app. Together everyone has made the world feel like a more compassionate place.
Im on this app for a decade now and it has been a huge part of my healing and growth journey.
To all those who have served the cause of love here, I am in awe of their goodness.
My words of support to anyone who might be in need of them today:
Hang in there. It gets really hard at times - I feel you. It will pass. You will be enveloped by light slowly and steadily. Your inner power will clear your path. Safe hugs.

I typed in Arabic in pic , and here's the
English translation: To everyone going through a rough time right now: It’s natural to feel tired, but your inner strength is capable of lighting up your darkness again. You are not alone in this journey, and there is always room for hope.
