Help me congratulate @kindsoul10 for being chosen as one of our January LOMs! I've really enjoyed working with you and seeing your kind, empathetic, and calming nature. You are a wonderful leader.
What roles or projects are you involved in on 7 Cups?
I'm involved in many projects but in short: I'm a mentor and support team leader.
What has been your biggest accomplishment on 7 Cups?
For me personally:
I value most the connections I made with different people. Everytime I've heard I'm living up to my name it made me proud.
My biggest accomplishment so far was creating the listener events team from the scratch and recruiting motivated listeners who made it possible to create lots of fun side projects (e.g. toon angels project).
I'm also honoured I've been trusted with leading the disability community.
How would you describe 7 Cups in one word?
Full house
What is your favorite 7 Cups memory?
Meeting many awesome people made me feel welcomed.
What is your favorite inspirational quote? (and why)
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
To me it means success isn't something static. You can accomplish things and still see things you could improve or differently. It also means to me it's constant work to keep things going.
Failure is not fatal because mistakes happen and we should learn from them and go from there.
If you could give one tip to a brand new listener or member what would it be?
Start by doing whats necessary; then do whats possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

@kindsoul10, I love how your name is in this month's list! I want to wish you a super duper congratulations. I've seen how you have interacted with others, and one thing I can 100% commend you on, is how down to earth and welcoming you are, something I hope that will forever live on. Seeing you also bring up listener events team is such a remarkable sight and though I haven't attended one (yet!), it's something I know for sure that others appreciate.
