Hi my name is Krista. I have some issues. I get really sad somtimes, and my dad has anger issues.
@StayResilient17 Thanks for being there for us newbies! I'm so glad I have the time to volunteer here. Many of the things people discuss, I have been through myself! Especially, with Covid happening some people can't go to their therapist, afford it, or simple make it to their next appointment!
