I learn so much about reminding myself to put a positive spin on everything I can think of and tell friends thanks for that negativity just to try to remind them that its not at all healthy to wallow in bad news and perceptions. I have come a long way in the last 4 years ever since meeting 2 of the greatest therapist, they are my rock, they support me so well its like a dream come true.I so appreciate them and anybody like you that spreads all that positive addictive energy, Its the best way to overcome a lot of struggles because it teaches us how to create a health routine or at least a way to deal day to day. I hope you are a genuinely happy soul and that you've found many coping skills along your path that you've learned not to let any negativity rent any space in your head lol
My dad used to say that and it really does help to actively select and prohibit those dreary cycles. Have a nice night!!~
