Whether your tree has been up since November or you’re just now clearing a spot on the table for a single candle, you are exactly where you need to be. As we kick off 15 days of Cupsmas at 7 Cups, we want to start by checking in with you!

This season has a better year for me.
I think I'm set, now. I can let go of stress,for a minute.

❄️For me, this season feels tense but also exciting. This season feels warm and like I finally have the group of people around me to listen. I am surrounded by love, acceptance this year but I also feel like repeats of the past hurt have come up in certain paths I've taken. That part still hurts, the haunting memories of unresolved tension. This year feels warmer than the last. I am so grateful.
❄️❄️Nothing on my holiday list this year. I will amp up my gift giving & cheery attitude in the years to come, but this year, I am still just a passenger, enjoying the long, scenic drive. I am listening to the warm tunes that fill my soul, I am relaxing more and filling my time with breath work. I am at ease with no list this year; just love, acceptance & relaxing.
