Thank you for participating in our October 2025 community events! Here are some closing reflection questions to help everyone explore their anchors of support and continue to harness support, all year round!

💫 Share one anchor that keeps you steady - it could be a person, a practice, a quote, or a simple daily ritual.

🌊 Reflect on how that anchor helps you return to calm when life feels uncertain.

I just mentioned this reference…

Quote: “This to shall pass”.

This simple phrase can be applied to any situation, including the challenging times.

I also think having “This to shall pass” is a good reminder to stay present during the most precious moments as well, since they won’t last either, and if we can stay present and appreciate those moments as much as possible, we can hold them in our hearts and hopefully our minds forever!

So recall those memories, and try to stay present and enjoy as many happy and precious moments as you possible can, then hold onto those memories to help you get through the challenging times 😊

For me it would be my goal to do it for my family (even if they dont love me at times)

I think my hugest anchor has always been myself.... I've always tried my best to find the silver lining in things.... even if it's the tiniest little piece of positivity.

But also, when I was at a very difficult time in my life, I found this little gem that I'm about to share, however, I unfortunately dont recall who wrote it. But I know it wasn't me.

Hold

On

Pain

Ends

It's short and sweet. But it has definitely helped me through a lot of difficult times in my life. And I hope that maybe it will reach whoever needs to see it here too. 😸

Tbh, it’s @Torean.

My penpal chat with him keeps me grounded and sane and gives me a place to vent without judgement… Thank you, friend. <3

i like this quote a lot "do the best you can until you know better"
it really resonates with me, and makes me willing to put the work through my procrastination and perfectionism

Awwe.. my first time posting on this group.  I think currently, an anchor that keeps me going... it's simple.. right now just: "breath in...breathe out", big breaths are good, and finding time to be at peace with yourself.

@SoulfullyAButterfly One of my biggest anchors is listening to calming music and journaling at the end of the day. It helps me slow down, release my thoughts, and reconnect with myself.

🌊 Whenever life feels uncertain or overwhelming, writing and music remind me that I can find peace within, even if everything around me feels chaotic. It’s like pressing pause and breathing again. 🌿✨
