My Mental Health Experience
Inspired by @Heather225 May Challenge.
Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well.
I want to share what helped me when I was panicking and couldn't make sense of my emotions.
The first thing that helped wasn't meditation. It was a simple grounding exercise: *name five things you can see.* It might sound silly, but it works. Within five seconds, your focus shifts from your feelings to your surroundings, and that pause can break the spiral.
*Second, writing down my feelings.* Putting emotions on paper helps untangle them. Sometimes we can't tell if we're hurt, angry, or just overwhelmed. Writing gives that clarity.
*Third, positive affirmations.* Our subconscious listens to what we tell ourselves. People who constantly hear negativity often start to believe and embody it. So speak kindly to yourself. It really can change the game.
I hope this helps anyone who's struggling right now. You're not alone 💕😊💕.
@SmoothOpertor55 Yayyy! I am so happy you decided to participate! 👏
Thank you soooo much for sharing what you have found to be helpful for you! Grounding, journaling ✍️, and ➕️ affirmations are all wonderful outlets! ❤️
You know as I was reading your mental health experience, I was in awe. Just reading the way you wore things, I was like wow! You're so bright! 🌟⭐️💫 And, of course, you're sooo right! Thank you for the sweet reminder that we all need to be talking and thinking kinder to ourselves. 💯

@YourCaringConfident Thankssss a lott. It was you who encouraged me to participate!
I am glad that you liked my post. You're a lovely person yourself. It would be good if you can teach me how to share the link of my post as I want to share the link of my post under @heather225 May challenge post so that people can read it from there.
Again thanks a lot for your appreciation and Its my pleasure....
@SmoothOpertor55 Of course. You can share your link by copy the link in your browser on your thread. Once you copy it, you can go back to the main post and then click on the paperclip icon. That pops up a box. In the top box type what you want to call it and in the bottom box paste your thread's url. :) This inserts the link and then whatever you called it will appear in blue and be clickable. 😀 Or you can just copy the url to your post and paste it right on H's posting saying you participated. Either way works.
@SmoothOpertor55 This is your link. 😀 If you do it this way, it would look like this. Blue link is clickable. You got this! 🌟
