Every year, we announce our PB Award Winner. The PB Award is the special award and the highest honor that is given to a community leader every year who has gone above and beyond to believe in the mission of 7 Cups and support the community.

You care deeply about the people you lead, and you are often seen lifting others. You have something good to say about almost everyone! Any role you take on, you do so with great responsibility and accountability. You practically lead yourself!
You have made a significant impact as a leader and as a human being. You improve everything you lead and do so with such grace and humility. You are always open to new ideas and welcome change, which is a hard skill to master. You are one of the best examples of service leadership. We are grateful to have you with us. The work you have done in the community speaks for itself. Your thoughtful forum responses have not gone unnoticed. You have a way of building others up. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you in any capacity. What a gift it is to have you in our community!

It was a surprise to be noticed to such a high degree because all I have done in Cups has always been low-profile and not very visible. Or so I thought.

Hello 7cups community!
First off, happy belated birthday to 7cups! Each year when we come together to celebrate it shows how amazing our community truly is. Although I have not been around too much at the moment due to school I am sure the 7cups celebration was a success!
I am honored to be awarded the PB award this year. Like many others my journey has not been smooth but that does not mean it should stop me. I love working with our teen community and finding ways to make it stronger. I also could not be here without the amazing teens that I call my friends here on Cups.
Whenever you are in doubt feel free to reach out to one of our wonderful teen mentors or come to TL we are always here to help! Together we can all make our community stronger ❤️
