Kindness for gifting someone an item, taking care of something they needed done or offering them act of service without needed payment to help them out because times can be stressful. I show it by opening myself up to giving and being open minded to the flow of abundance that is displayed. Abundance does come in many forms 🫶🏽

@Fristo I show kindness when I am thinking less of myself and more of others. I can show kindness by doing something to make others smile. I base me being kind through my actions and not just my words. <3 Today I make the decision to be kind to, not only others, but myself. <3

What is kindness for you and how do you choose to show it?
To me one way of showing kindness is to show empathy when someone is angry, shouts at you, does things our society might consider as strange (not talking about bad/criminal things) - just seeing them as a person who is hurting. It does not mean to let them hurt you though but we can try to understand how hard some days can be for others - same as for us.
