I'm still fairly new to 7 cups but it's helped me in a way where I feel more confident and even more mature. So with that said, a quote I have is this: "You're the best. Deal with it."
When I found 7 cups for the first time I felt completely lost and broken. I was ashamed to ask for help and had been searching the internet for anything that might help me. The listeners I met we're amazing and as I slowly worked my way through the progress path I started to feel like my life had a meaning again. It was the most amazing feeling. Eventually I joined the listening team myself and the is nothing that is more rewarding than being able to help people that are in the same place as you. As you talk to them it's crazy to see how much you say applies to your own life as well. I am so grateful for the 7 cups community, I don't think I would be here without it.

From getting help from others and even helping others myself, 7Cups has been an amazing experience for me.
