Because no matter what gets thrown at you, you never give up you persist you are so brave and strong you are the most kindest and friendliest person I have ever met I am so happy to know you and to call you a friend I remember when we first met and I was doing tons of shoutouts for you because of the tons of reviews you was recieving that was such a beautiful time because I adored you then just as much as I adore you now. Your the most empathetic listener I have ever encounted always takes the time to listen. I love chatting with you its always a joy, thank you ever so much for all your support for always working so hard to make your members feel heard and understood you are amazing

Jace, while I haven't seen you in the chatrooms or PMs, and therefore haven't spoken to you in a while, I've seen a lot of the stuff you are doing in projects. It amazes me how much you are always doing. You seem to run the feed team single-handedly, and you make it look effortless. I have so much respect for you because of that. You are a part of so many other things that are going on too, and it amazes me that you balance it all. In addition to your work with projects, you've put in a lot of time talking to members, and you've really built a great reputation as a listener. Just looking at the amount of chats you've had is enough to stun me, and then there's all of the gorgeous reviews.
