Well, its just a regular, everyday 7 Cups activitity! Here are some regular 7 cups things:

1) Post to your feed

2) Hang out in a chat room!!

3) Grab a general (or 2)

4) Take a few steps on your growth path

5) get lost inthe forums

6) if you are a listener, go to your member account and request a chat

7) reply to a few ppl on the needs reply list

The only requirement... do one of the above things you haven't done in a while!
