Sometimes we just need to hear a certain phrase for us to feel comforted and happy.

Say something to yourself that you'd most like to hear right now. heart

You're doing great, and I'm proud of you. Don't give in, don't give up. Everything's going to be okay.

I want someone I trust to call me out for my depressive and anxiety ridden behavior and genuinely make me feel comfortable sharing what I've been feeling and to give me a big hug. But I'm too good at hiding it and acting like everything is fine...

I'd like to hear... that I'm doing a good job. I very rarely get feedback, on anything. I rarely know what to do, or how to do it, or what I look like doing it. I just wish people would be so much more honest with me. I would so much rather have brutal honesty than lies.
