Coffee, on an empty stomach?!

No, coffee *in* an empty stomach.

Either way, coffee ☕ is a mild diuretic! Too much, and it could strain the kidneys!

Well, what about a serving suggestion: whole wheat bread 🍞 with seeds and grains, to absorb the *coffee and slow 🐌 *its intake.

Question:

Is a diuretic a dehydrant? Or is a diuretic distinct from a dehydrant?
