A recent compliment or a positive feedback you received!!

most of the people here tell me I have a good and beautiful name also a classmate told me I was smart

Last year, I quit drinking alcohol as I found that I was abusing it. This year, I changed up my diet and started exercising. Even though it's only been 2.5 months, I've lost over 20 lbs.! People are telling me they're proud of me and that they wish they could do that too and it's really rewarding. Sticking to something hard and working with it is difficult, but the compliments mean a lot to me.

At my old school, I could never ben myself and always got judgemental looks whenever I was, I was at that school for 8 years. At my school now, I am always myself and can be myself comfortably around my new friends. I knew everyone at my old school for 8 years and got judgemental looks and now, only knowing my friends for 8 months, they k ow more about me and have made me comfortable to be myself :)

I was told that my love of scottish culture and soda brewing, made me a very interesting person to be around 🏴 🍻

I have been told that I have a gentle and natural way of working with children. This made me feel pretty good, as I feel most at ease when helping teach children or volunteering roles at organisations for children and young people. It is nice that others can see that too.

My partner often says that Im smart, which I struggle to accept but I want to believe it.
