No problem is so hopeless that you can not overcome it. It may take a lot of work, and reaching out for help but nothing in this world is permanent, including pain.

All your feelings are valid, even when others tell you they're not. If you think you need help, you deserve help. Everyone deserves help.

I have a coworker who unfortunately cut her finger almost off at work so rn she's recovering but I trained her and we became very good friends. She knows I have a temper problem and she's always helped me walk away, laugh or just remain calm when I was stuck with a horrid customer. Yesterday she texted saying she missed us all but especially missed how we work together and joke around. She also mentioned she saw a quote that she said she totally thought of me when she say it. She sent it my way and I laughed bc it was A) hilarious and B) pretty true. This is what she sent me. ⬇️

I want to share that no one person with Autism Spectrum Disorder is the same. All of the traits are different. Everyone is unique and Autism presents it's self differently in each and every person. Please don't say "you don't look Autistic" Cause everyone has a background story about there diagnosis and please be supportive! Living on the Autism Spectrum can be difficult and overwhelming. If you want to know more about someone, talk to them and listen to them. Look past there visual identity. If you have any questions, please ask me! @AutisAuggie

Hello and a warm hug to all my beautiful and strong people here, my friends, and everybody who is taking life one day at a time and triumphing over hard days, I have loads of love for you and know that every moment I am here, I am honestly proud of this place where I have been for almost 4 years. Why am I proud? I am proud because I have met you all in personal chats, in forum area, in group message zone, many times in general requests . Wow, I am eternally glad I am here being inspired everyday and forgetting my own battles and looking at so many lives which has innate beauty in them.

Here is my message to all of us , including me, because we all go through hard days.

Life is beautiful and a battle. Its such a beautiful metaphor because a battle is never beautiful . It always creates destruction. But life, being a battleground, is so unique. We all fight our battles at different levels. I have heard people saying that "STRONGEST FIGHT THE TOUGHEST BATTLES"! I have also said this statement when I begun listening here. But let me make a mark now, I have always thought , how can we define strongest? Someone who wins every battles? Someone whose relative died but they never cried? Someone who failed their exams but they bucked up and worked hardest to gain back the momentum? Or the strongest is somebody who is never having a brighter day for a long time? Its all so intuitive.

I cannot say that a "particular" being is strong. We are all humans. We are all unique. We have our superpowers. We have our magic inside us. We are all the STRONGEST being. We fight our own battles because our experiences are so much varied. Someone is brought out by a single parent, someone have both of their parents alive, someone have pet at their home while someone doesn't. Someone have completed their school and college education whereas there are many of us with just elementary education. Someone have seen the independence battles of their own countries while someone took birth in a flourishing state. Someone lived with no electricity for a long time while someone lives in a concrete roof with every facility and the list goes on. Can we say that the person having no roof over his head but is still living his life fights a stronger battle than a child trying to uplift his grades at school? No, we certainly cannot. Because we are all multi-dimensional, complex beings.

I feel so lucky to hear so many people everyday here at this very place. This forum space is so sacred to me. Because it lets me look at your life. It let me exclaim when I read - " I passed a hard day beautifully". I exclaim when I read-" I still find beauty in the toughest of battles". I feel the sense of satisfaction when I look at people making their way out of catacombs, their boundaries, their limits that they have defined themselves. I love it when all of us break our own shell, come out of it. Maybe there is still dark, but eagerly and peacefully, we wait for a bright morning.

I have more to say to everyone and particularly to those people who fight with mental health issues- I love all of you. You give me strength to carry on in my hard days. I read your story, I read your life , I read about your hard days, and nothing can make me happier than this. You are the strongest to defy those hard days and come out of it. You are the bravest to just hold on to it and believe that a beautiful day will be welcomed in your life. I get goosebumps when I hear about years of battles, maybe from birth itself , or from a very small age, and look at yourself- SUCH A BEAUTIFUL HUMAN BEING YOU HAVE BEEN! Such a kind person to come here and share your days with millions of us here. You are the HERO of this world. You need nobody to define you. You have defined yourself in the best possible way.

I have never been much into the FANTASICAL SUPERHERO STUFFS. I have admired history, the great leaders, the revolutionaries who have put up a voice against certain social norms that were age old, and let me tell you YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHOM I LOOK AT AS SUPERHEROES. You give sense to my living everyday. You make my life meaningful by being here. I know there are so many of us being inspired by you. You are the people , so experienced that this world wants and needs. There are children, small aged, waiting for you to speak to them, tell them that its okay to have these hard days- because without the "hard" , how could you ever admire the "easy". Because without experiencing the"ugliest" of times, how could you ever admire the "most beautiful ones"?

Its long write because on average our battles are lifelong. To people who feel that their life has always been beautiful should know that everything is transient and if they face a bad days, its totally okay and natural and we are here for you to talk and let you wade through it. To people who have fought long batles and have welcomed beautiful days can also have hard days again, but that doesn't mean life is cruel. Everyday is a new beginning. Everyday and every battles is an epic to be lived and shared. I want to be a part of your history. Let the epic of my life contain all of your names, and let me be a part of your own stories. I welcome you all to come, message me, share your days, even a "hi". I shall be waiting everyday for a message from my SUPERHEROES!

Awe, thank you! Hugs!

I definetly read all of it! And I think everyone should. Sometimes its hard to reach out on 7cups and sometimes its the little things that help people make it through their day, especially during tough times. Little things like someone saying hey, I get it and I CARE. Everyone needs that and youre an awesome person to take the time to be here for everyone. Youll never go unnoticed. So thanks for being here and being such a empathetic person. Even if youve only touched one person, youve made your mark. Hope you have a good day :)
