It's okay to be in pain; that's where we find our strength. The bravest thing to do is to continue living in the face of adversity. Believe in yourself, care for yourself, and love yourself. Don't be afraid to reach out and accept help - that takes courage. And remember, just because you are struggling, doesn't mean that you are failing. Even the darkest night will end, and the sun will rise. <3
You are not alone, you are not weak, you will get through this.
I hear you dear! Hang in there, you will get through

My message would be, remember that you matter. There is only one of you. However tough times are and whatever you are going through, you are special and have value.
Happy mental health month you guys.. whatever your going through trust me it'll be better.. your strong enough to overcome that... Just don't Give Up!.
And I see your true colors shining through I see your true colors and that's why I love you so don't be afraid too let them show your true colors, true colors are beautiful like a Rainbow!! 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈 🌈🌈 🌈
This was sent to me by a very important person in my life-
Listen. Whatever you're going through will get better. You've probably heard that a thousand times and I get it. It feels like it never does. But I promise it'll be okay. If you need to cry, cry. You'll be okay.
Life is whatever you make of it.
Believe in something greater than yourself, so that when you are down you will have something to pull yourself back up again.
@ASilentObserver its ok to admit you need help and support, sometimes asking for support is the strongest thing you can do for yourself, and a first step down the path of recovery.
