@ASilentObserver

This message is ambiguous. Not because there is right in doing wrong but because there are reasons. Error, mislead growth or beliefs. And I think from the way we currently live and what we face in a daily life. This message this idea is offered to little. So here goes.

"It is okay."

No precursors, no buts, no limitations or insinuation. Just acceptance, love and caring. No matter the problem, the error or choice. It's okay. I find myself asking why but the answer is always the same because you exist. Because we exist.

When experiencing mental and emotional pain, it causes the brain to trigger the same reactions as it does to physical pain. If we didn't have a brain to interpret injuries as painful, we would never feel pain. If pain is then something only our brain can feel, it should be treated just as seriously whether there is scar on your arm or a scar in your heart.

Support received for physical pain is usually far greater when there is a physical issue that can be seen, and individuals who fight through to survive medical complications are treated as heroes. Seems like it's the opposite, from my point of view, for mental health. Not believing in ADHD or OCD or Depression is like not believing in internal bleeding because you can't see it, but the pain it can cause is as real as real can be.

My one message: please believe people when they say they're hurting, and please offer hugs and kind words to those in need of them.

And if you yourself are in mental or physical pain, I extend my sincerest and most supportive hugs to you since i know how hard both can be.

You tell me that you are hopeless. You want your death less than your life but if you jumped in a pool right now I know you'd hold your breath. So I know that it's not hopeless but that your hope's just hard-to-find and if I showed you all you can become. I know you'd change your mind.

You might have hit rock bottom. But it's the perfect place to start, where the only thing that you can hear is the beating of your heart.

You have to almost loose it. To remember what you've had and that there's been a share of good times, mixed in between the bad.

So don't wait for the ending. Until your last breathe starts to leave. Before you finally remember how much you like to breathe.

I just want to say that it's going to be fine, just hang in there. I know it's tough But you will gtt through.

This letter is to "YOU"

The you that's had a rough week. The you that seems to be under constant storm clouds. The you that feels invisible. The you that doesn't know how much longer you can hold on. The you that has lost faith. The you that always blames yourself for everything that goes wrong.

The thing about pain, is it won't last forever and it kills you right now but with time it gets better. Things- things don't get better. They don't. You do. Darling - you get better all the time .

The world is always going to throw its left turns and spinning and Chaos at you it's always going to try to tear things from your grasp--block your great plans. Make you stumble.

But you are here to overcome all that.

To grow and change and blossom. To get stronger and wiser and more sure of yourself. To learn what you want and don't and what you will accept and won't.

Thats the real journey, sweet soul of life. The conscious decision that if you can't fight the wind, you are going to use It. To control the sails.

You are incredible. You make this world a little bit wonderful. You have so much potential and so much things left to do. You have time. Better things are coming your way, so please hang in there. You can do it!!

@ASilentObserver I have had the most challenging 2 years where I struggled emotionally. I know my weakness which started all and through suffering I became more understanding of others in the past whom I didn't empathise with. Yes I've been acting all sorts of wrong because of my depression and anxiety but I won't let guilt and shame break the remainings of my self esteem I am trying to built on. I am acknowledging I was in the wrong and learn ways to cope better so I improve mentally. In 12 weeks I've been to counselling at university and it helped me a great deal, from a score of 28 for anxiety and depression I got to a 9. Recovery is possible.

Love is like a garden if you tend it, it will blossom and grow. If you overcrowd it it will smother and if you ignore it it will whither and die. Love needs a balance of respect, independence, trust adventure, communication and of course passion to be the most beautiful garden of all
