Hello !

Sometimes it happens to say things that we regret to have pronounced a while later..did it ever happen to you?

* What's one thing that you regretted to have said later on?

* Do you think that things would have been different if you'd refrained to say it?

Here we can share about it!

I regret always telling everyone Im okay and Im fine in order to make them feel better. I wish I had enough strength to let people know when I am unhappy.

I once said something mean to a friend to get on better terms with this girl who didn't really like him. Even though I apologised and he has forgiven me for it I still feel so bad thinking about it. I can't believe I did that even though it was years ago.

I was angry at my aunt for always being self centered and not caring for anyone else but her immediate family and I told her that nobody ever has a problem with anything but her and that she was a stuck up bitch. She now disowns me and hasn

BOY this is going to be kind of long I have a lot of things that I am trying to work on myself with and trying to forgive myself for while I wait to go to the psychologists. I have battled with mood swings and anger throughout my life.

I regret saying horrible things to an old best friend of mine. We grew up together almost and were friends for almost 8 years. She struggled with mental health as well so naturally arguments got intense but I said a lot of nasty horrible things to her, cursing at her, calling her ugly names, etc. Although I didn't like the person she became when I cut her out of my life (HAH isn't that a joke, I was a pretty awful person myself) I needed to get off drugs and kept trying and trying to get my life together slowly and I did. I don't regret growing apart as friends with her, and am no longer bitter. I wish the best for her now. I regret my LACK of saying anything when I cut her out of my life as well. She called and texted me for weeks to see if I was okay and I ignored her and sunk into my bitter jerkiness. I now am trying my hardest to treat people gently and be much nicer (I have always been a person that hated to hurt peoples feelings and usually very kind) because I feel like a monster. I could have a list that goes on for days about things I regret saying to people TBH, so I'm not going to bore you too much. I have weird intense depression that usually lasts about 2 or 3 weeks tops and then *poof* it's gone and I feel wonderful again, life begins again. I say awful things some times (but am getting much much better as I work on it) when I am not feeling well/depressed or agitated which is a lot. *Sigh* It is a curse that I chalk up to pay back for the things I have said to break people's hearts. I am trying.
