Break-ups and Moving on Process

Hey everyone
In this discussion, I wanted to discuss about break-ups. We wish our relationship could last forever but our wishes not always happen. In this discussion we will talk about;
- Healthy/ Unhealthy Break-ups
- How break-ups affect our mental health and physical health?
- Why is the moving-on process hard?
- What can we do for making this process easier and how can we move on?
So, until Saturday let's discuss Healthy/ Unhealthy Breakups.
What defines a breakup as a healthy or unhealthy? And how can we avoid an unhealthy break-up?
Come and share your thoughts and experiences
@Busranurr breakups can be challenging and can make us feel worthless and so sad at the same time. It is hard to move on when we got a connection and no easy way to move on . You can only try and keep a relationship going if both people make it work and respect one another by communicating, being there for one another, sharing your feelings and problems and showing love. Sometimes things don't work out but it's important to have a healthy and happy relationship if you consider those certain qualities in one.
Is there a website that shows things to consider when thinking of a divorce?

I really dont know what the components of a healthy breakup-they all are tough for me.
So guys, before we come to the next question I wanna give a brief information about the first question
After a healthy break-up, moving on is easier. Because it is less heartbreaking. Two person sits and talks about their relationship with respect. However, in an unhealthy break-up, two people lost their respect for each other and start saying heart-breaking words to each other. So for avoiding unhealthy break-up, we should end our relationship when two people have respect for each other.
Next subject is;
- How break-ups affect our mental health and physical health?
@Busranurr - How break-ups affect our mental health and physical health?
well it can be really hard for us and our health because leaving someone/being left by someone who meant the world to us is really frustrating and making us feel bad. It can make us feel mentally sad, upset, angry, frustrated, or sometimes guilty too.
I used to think I was alone in that breakups affect me pretty bad physically. During the really awful ones, I remember throwing up for days. Those were the ones where there was no respect, terrible words were said, deception and confusion were happening, etc. Now I find myself in what (comparatively speaking) is a "healthy" breakup. (The guy broke up with me because he sadly wasn't able to feel a connection due to my depression and current life chaos but he is still very reachable, respectful, and shows he cares very deeply.) It's healthy because we are on good terms (albeit not currently speaking due to it being so fresh). However, my frustration and devastation are still very high and it's affecting me physically pretty bad. I may not be vomiting, but my stomach hurts all the time, I have trouble eating, and I get sudden, bad heart palpitations when I consider the fact that he may not be missing me at all and/or moving on. I keep wishing we could've met at a better time, or hoping that someday we'll meet again when I'm well. I know regardless if that's even in the realm of possibility or not, I have to focus on getting myself better. But it's so hard when I feel physically ill and heavy. The mind definitely has power over physical wellness. :(
@SpaceChick Hey Im really sorry to hear what youre going through,I also know how you feel,Ive been thinking about a girl I left for 3 years now,I left her to protcect her from a suicide I had planned, I left her ,The suicide attempt failed,I tried getting her back but it was no good.Think bout it everyday,All I wanted to do was to protect the girl I loved and all that happened was I ended up alone.I hope things get better for you,I dont have much advice as to how to move on,but I will let you know that Im always up for a chat :) I mean it! I hope you have a great day
@Youkop That's horrible. :( I'm so sorry to read you felt you had no way out. I'm very, very glad you didn't succeed in that endeavour. It's sad she didn't take you back. I too have been there (where I leave someone and they don't take me back! It feels just as bad as them leaving you, if not worse because you have the added guilt of leaving in the first place!). I completely understand still not being over it for 3 years. I know many would tell you that's not healthy after all these years (and I'm sure it's not) but I understand. Things like that haunt me for years too. Time doesn't always heal. Sometimes it just numbs and makes things feel less intense but nonetheless are still there in the background, and it's hard for the average person to understand that. I hope you find a way to make peace with it. I'm sorry I can't offer more words of encouragement or advice, as I, myself, am going through something. I'm trying to live one hour at a time. *hugs*
@SpaceChick Your response has been one of hope as not many have replied in the way you have,You
