I was wondering, what does friendship mean to you?
to me, friendship means having each other s backs and supporting each other.

To me, friendship is loyalty. Friendship is when you can sit in silence and be comfortable. Friendship is when you don't have to talk everyday or see each other everyday and yet everytime you do, it's like the person never left. Friendship is being able to be yourself with each other, mess and all
To me, friendship is all about loyalty and caring about your friends - regardless of age, race/ethnicity, gender and gender identity, religion, weight, how much money they make, etc. 👍 This is something that today
Friendship once meant to me as
love, support and trust.
It also meant a sister from another mother
Friendship is what I feel pain for when I feel lonely

I'm not really sure what friendship is to me. I feel like I've never really had any friends. Always just me and other people tolerating each other because we're in the same class.
I'm also not really someone who shares interests and discusses them, so finding people who enjoy similar things is hard.
The closest thing I can think of as friends, are people online who do share interests with me, but these often turn into sort of role models for me, instead of a mutual relationship.
Recently, a couple of people have told me they really appreciate me and think I'm nice and great and all that. But I can't help but push that away and deny those things. Having the feeling that they couldn't actually be talking about me. And even if I could accept it, what am i supposed to expect from a friendship, what do they expect from me.
Sorry to turn this thread into something sad, but it's just how I'm feeling 😔

Now this is a good question, anyway to me friendship is, a person who is all ways with you not matter what, and you usually you hang out with each other for a long period time, and uaually talk about every problem with them

Friendship to me means that no matter who or what hurts one of the gang, you defend the one you love no matter what. If one goes down, the rest brings them up no matter what. If one is in pain, the others must know and stay no matter how bad it is. Even if you are on the other side of the world, when we meet it's like we've known each other since we were in the womb. When we meet it's like no one can hurt us. Even if the world is against us, the gang must never back down without a fight. We fight side by side. Friendship is loyalty to a whole other level. (This is from my gang and I who've known each other for more than half our lives, who've gone through thick and thin together) Take care everyone and Stay safe.
Friendship to me being supportive no matter what is happening in your lives. Understand that being human means making mistakes and still accepting that person will make mistakes at times. Being loyal and keeping each other best interests at heart.

@AveryLove Friendship means loving and caring for another person. Friendship in non-judgemental. It is a bond shared between two people with the same struggle who feel very similar things. Friendship is truly a gift!
