What does true love feel like to you?

when the other person makes you feel safe and at home
True love is basically non-existant. But I can say this about true love. People who claim there is a "true love" have their brains think that the person will be in their lives until death and sincerely love for their entire life. But, in reality, anything could happen. Sure, people do have "true loves" for example, my great grandparents were married for 72 years. But, like I said, there's not such thing as love at first sight or true love, it's only a relationship that needs to be built off of.
@AKewlListener nobody says that true love has to last forever. I believe in true love and I understand that things happen (because things have happened). That's not to say that 'true love' doesn't exist. Many people have found true love, others have found their true love and it doesn't work out for some reason, and that's okay and others have found more than one true love... In any case that doesn't mean we have to discredit the love right? I think that true love does exist and that yes two people have to work at it to make it work and to make it last - at the end of the day it's about how long a love lasts, but moreso the quality of that love - do you treat each other with care and respect, do you accept one another for who you are, are you able to be yourself and not feel judged, does it make you happy?
I dont know, honestly. i think im in love, but then again, i am not sure
True love is knowing the good and bad sides of each other and still appreciate it as much. It is when two people able to call each other 'my home'.
To support each other in every single thing...
It means I don't have to hide who I am, it means I feel completely at home and complete inghe universe
True love is making a mistake and not fearing.
True love is being imperfect, but being seen as perfect.
True love is being in someone's arms and the world goes out of focus.

True love is for me to be forgiven when someone mesess up
@shyChestnut651 I think it does mean forgiveness, but forgiveness without sacrificing our own values, morals and self-worth and still remembering what we deserve.
To me, true love is an active verb. Sometimes, I forget this and start to think love is a feeling inside. You either find it in you, or your don't. I love this person because I feel that feeling, or: the feeling is missing and so I don't love that person. But now I think - love is active. To love is to wish that another person may be happy. That they may not have to experience sadness and pain. That they may never lose their happiness. It is an experience of compassion. There is such a strong connection between body, mind, and spirit. If we truly come to wish for the happiness of someone else - something inside us will change as well. Anyway, that's just my thought -
True love is accepting the flaws of one another and still loving them with your whole heart. True love is understanding each others problems and standing firm beside them no matter what
