What can I do for my friends who just keeps putting themselves down? I try being nice and understanding and then I try giving Stern 'get yourself together!' but none of it works.. one of them even accepted that he didn't even want to change.. but I still have to deal with all their negativity which also affects my day :( I don't mean to offend anyone or them, just want to help..

Maybe just letting them know you are there for them might be helpful? Do let us know if anything worked
