When a girl does this what does it mean
I was looking down & doing my work & then when I looked up I saw the girl i liked looking at me & smiling then she looked down at my chest while still smiling then she looked up at my face while still smiling so I just looked away..then when I was talking to one of my friend I couldn't really hear him cause I had my headphones on & he said justin did you hear what I said & i said no. Then I heard her saying to friends that I crack her up and said that I was quiet but funny. Then later she was talking to the guy I was talking to and told him I'm quiet but funny.

Hey there, that was a subtle sign she gave you that means approaching her it's okay. You should ask her out on a date, don't wait too long.
Omg ignore the other two people telling you to try to date her. (I mean, you can try if you want, but to jump to conclusions like that based of of one vague incident...lmao)
Anyway, girls aren't some supernatural enigma that you need some interpreter to figure out every little thing they do. They're people too. Maybe she was just making fun of something on your shirt or who knows maybe the shape of your body, OR maybe the other posters were right, she's a stereotypical 12 year old giggling because she likes you.
Chances are though, it was nothing significant and maybe shouldn't read too much into things like that.
I don't know if the internet knows what she was really thinking though lol.
@Phthalo's response is spot on. Girls do not speak and move in universal girl language. They are unique individuals and act/speak as such. What she meant is totally dependent on her. If you want to know if she wants to go out with you, you should ask her. The worst that she can say is 'no'. And, hopefully, she will say it with kindness - either way. :)
She sounds nice, but it's too soon to know if she's into you just based on that one interaction. I would try and talk to her a little more and just enjoy getting to know her.

i know this may not mean anything but when my friend with messing around with a water bottle and he wanted to wet me so i was trying to take away his water bottle but it spill on the table. then the teacher asked what happend and we both clean it up. then later the girl i kinda liked asked what happend lol so i guess this may not mean anything
