Should I stop talking to him?

So I have been talking to this boy for about 2 weeks. He makes me happy I guess. But as we talked he kept bringing up sex. We are teenagers. He asked for *** twice with I shut him down for. Then he sent his. I was traumatized. He constantly brings up sex even though we haven't even been on a date or kissed. I want a real relationship and he swears he does too but he doesn't make any effort to talk to me or ask me out. He acts like he just wants sex. I don't know what to do. I feel as though I'm stringing him along and when he brings up text i'll just go lol or put a smirking emoji because I'm scared to lose his attention.

I'm so sorry about what you're going through, it's understandable that you're feeling conflicted and uncertain about this situation. This boy is not respecting your boundaries or understanding your desires for a more meaningful relationship, it may be best to consider ending the relationship. It's never okay to feel pressured or uncomfortable in a relationship. Remember to prioritize your own well-being and don't be afraid to stand up for yourself ❤️

@fluffycow07

I would walk away nad not talk to him anymore the minute the only discussion is about sex that is what he is looking for nothing else .... some say yeah yeah i want something long term too but first .... NOPE this is sign he will say what you want to hear if he thinks there is a chance. for sex

@fluffycow07 I understand that this boy had caught your attention and you liked him, so it's hard for you to just straight on tell him you're not ok with his behavior. But you have all the rights to set your boundaries clearly, and to demand that he respects it. It sounds like you two have very different needs and expectations, if you're not comfortable with his and he won't respect yours it might be better for everyone's wellbeing to part ways.

I know it's a hard step to make, but you deserve to be happy with someone that wants the same things as you and respects your needs!

@fluffycow07 If he keeps bringing it up when you clearly don't want him to, then he doesn't respect you or your wishes. It's sad to hear but the right guy wouldn't do this to you, or pressure you into it. While it is rather unfortunate if you realyl do like him, I would recommend trying to move on because he clearly doesnt respect your wishes and boundaries as a human being.

I was in a very similar situation with an ex who had little to no respect for me, it was hard to come to the realization but i eventually got over it. If you ever need to chat ill be here, lots of love <3

Hi, I read your post, I feel compelled to answer. I am older than you but this thing happens at all ages because some people are not mature. Something happened to me with someone, and I realize he was disrespecting my boundaries. I could be wrong but I unfortunatnely feel he didn't really care about me. I would advise you to be careful and think about your well-being and what you want. Sorry I could not post a longer answer as I have more I could share, but I am out of time and cannot stay long.

I wish you the best!
