i dont know what to do?
Me and my boyfriend have been having this issue with his anger issues. He punches walls when he loses it and throws things. If we are driving he will either brake really hard or speed up. He knows these things scare me but somehow its my fault. im the reason why he acts this way but he was never like this before.. this started this year and we’ve been together for almost 3 years.
I started having these crazy anxiety attacks and panic attacks out of nowhere now everyday since July. He tells me to get over it and he doesnt feel sorry for me. I never want anyone to feel sorry. I just want to feel heard.
I feel like i cant talk to anyone and everytime i cry it feels so much better. like my body wants to explode i think. My brain cant handle it anymore.

I'm glad you understand that you matter and people should listen to you because your important too..
It's unfortunate your boyfriend is coming unglued it seems..
Hopefully you can someday come to a understanding with him..🌲

If this behavior in him just started and your anxiety has heightened dealing with underlying issues will need to happen for any improvement.
He may be frustrated but it is HIS choice to let that anger grow and take it out in reckless behavior ... What happens when he injures his self or if he has a wreck with car? Will he blame you too? What has changed in the last year?
you are correct you need to be able to let it out and that is most likely why you feel lighter after a good cry, but the key is dealing with the core issue.
It sucks that your boyfriend is blaming you for his anger and his actions when ultimately, he is responsible for how he chooses to react. It also sucks that the way he is reacting is causing you so much anxiety and making you feel constantly uncomfortable. I understand that you feel like he isn’t listening to you, but I think the best thing you can do is try to have a conversation when you’re both calm and he isn’t angry. Explain to him how his reactions have been making you feel and let him know that when he gets angry, it genuinely makes you anxious and uncomfortable. You need to be able to express your feelings without being told to just “get over it” because your feelings matter just as much as his.
At the same time, I think it’s important to ask him what he has been feeling and what has been going on with him lately. If he has been noticeably more angry or reactive than he was in previous years, there may be something deeper going on that he hasn’t communicated to you. Try to understand where his anger is coming from while also making it clear that understanding his feelings does not mean you have to accept being treated in a way that makes you uncomfortable or anxious.
Hi!
Thank you for feeling comfortable enough to reach out. You do not deserve the violent behavior from him. You deserve to feel safe and able to voice your anxieties with your partner caring about how they affect you. I want you to be safe, so please consider if this is the sort of dynamic you would like. Crisis lines are available. I’m also here to talk.
Very nice

Thats not okay! It can cause so so much emotional and mental pain. I would find a peaceful place and make that your haven, such as a walk in closet, to sit and have peace, and process that fury he unleash on you. Be safe. Be careful, Be cautious.
