Alone

Hi, I am completely alone. Lost all my friends and family. All I have left is my 9 year old slightly autistic daughter. I am dealing with her mom harassing me constantly. My current gf was supporting me through all this, however I think I may have lost her due to my negativity. In this past year, I realized that I was codependent and started working on myself for self love and respect. In the process my narcissistic friends and parents literally left me in the dust. I also lost my grandma last year( the only one that cared really). I am working on achieving happiness by journaling a gratitude book, self compassion book, the 4 acknowledgement book and my negativity. 2 days ago I slipped with my negativity with my gf and it sent her over the edge and she doesn't know if this will work out now. This was my last support I had and it is killing me inside. Challenging to do this alone and not have 1 person to talk with or even hang out. I don't see a light at the end of the tunnel and nothing to look forward too. My daughter may be lost because her mom hit me with court a second time to get her full time from me. I don't understand why I deserve this?!? I have had a hard life with major PTSD that I am currently learning to cope with. 41 now, and not happy at all. Love alone in my place I bought with my 3 jobs to survive. All I got right now. Looking for help please.
