Hello

so lately I have been battling to keep myself , like genuinely myself me . I got married a year ago and will the honeymoon phase is over . Stress has take. Over and now I’m at my tired point before the breaking point . Back story two different cultures I converted religions and I just recently lost my job . Top it all off rents due tomorrow.

it’s been rough like really rough and I’m tired. I’m exhausted and I have cried more than ever . I pray all day . But I keep smiling and telling everyone I’m ok but I’m not ok. I need a hug I need a pat on the back like it will be ok , like there’s some light at the end of the tunnel because I’m drowning in debt stress and emotions . Communication is hard sometimes and I’m just looking for some advice when life has taken u by hair . Any good Yoga Music or just driving . Sorry my thoughts are everywhere

i know it is hard to do but QUIT telling people you are OK .... it is alright to ask for help or explain how tired and worn out you are.....

asking for help is not a sign of weakness as it takes strength to admit you are human and from time to time need a helping hand.

@TiredBrokenAlone4now *sends a big comfy hug* Oh my, that all sounds like such a big stress. We are here for you. I understand there is just so much to do, but hang on. You will get through this. You've come a long way, and it will get better.

A tip might be to try to give yourself some time away from stress doing things that you enjoy, like baking or a little bit of music or whatever helps.
I know you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel now, but it is still there<3 It will be visible very soon<3 And we are here for you<3

@TiredBrokenAlone4now- So sorry to hear life is throwing you a bunch of trials. Your post sounds like you are so alone. I wonder if you have been able to share how you are feeling with your partner? Even though you say the honeymoon phase is over - now is when marriage starts the maturity phase. Hopefully you can turn to your spouse for that pat on the back and sorely needed hug. THis is the time when you can strengthen your relationship - being vulnerable and human. Best of luck to you.
