I'm very happy today my brother and I went to a grocery store just to grab some ice creams and we talked on the terrace. It is kind of rare though. We're adult now and getting busy with responsibilities.

Last night I was able to make a guy friend of mine laugh, and that brings me happiness when I'm able to support him And he recieves my encouragement or if i'm able to make him laugh. I think its important in any relationship to be able to bring some relief through acts of kindness such as giving an uplifting word or making someone smile with a joke. 😊

Recently something that really gave me a full heart of happiness was a video call I got from my little sister. I had just finished doing a major project for her special day coming up and she wanted to tell me how much she appreciated it. Gave me goosepimples that she was so happy to receive it. I hit the spot with that one. 😊 Finding a way to make someone you love happy is so heart filling joy.

my relationship with my children brings happiness, just spending time with them brings joy to my life. One thing we did that brought happiness for both of us, is put a little dinosaur in a baloon filled with water and froze it and then after freezing it we cut the balloon and watched the ice melt the surprise, its the simplest things that bring happiness of course<3

Hi Everyone! I just wanted to express my happiness at the moment. The relationship being with my grandparents who by the way are everything to me. I'm very happy to have them in my life. They are 87 and 88 years old and they just helped me with money to move into my apartment. Seven months ago I remember crying to them asking for 40 dollars to get more drugs. They basically said I was dead to them and I wasn't getting a penny. Today I am almost 6 months clean and speak to my family every day. Only because I am clean they are in my life. They just helped me come up with 1st and last to get an apartment! Never in my life did I see this coming. They offered! A couple weeks ago I thought I was going to be homeless or living in a hotel again. Today, I'm sitting in my apartment! I wanted to tell this to everyone so it can be a sign of hope. Never lose hope. Today I am clean and in touch with my children and family everyday! I even have my name on a lease and finally a place to call home. My relationship with my loved ones bring me happiness and it's only because I'm clean and sober that I'm able to have this. ❤️
Another part of a present relationship is the ability to leave each other alone. There's time to be together, and other times we just want to be by ourselves and that's honored in our relationship.
