I’m the cause for her unhappiness
Recently my girlfriend and I have been on a tear. I’ve lied to her about small things, posted mess on social media(thinking I was venting) but wasn’t and had bad communication skills which I am improving on. That was not a good idea. Ive had issues with my finances that doesn’t allow her to feel secure. She’s giving me a chance to change and to do things right. We moved in together quick and didn’t really do the dating thing right. I’m taking her out on a date this upcoming weekend to bond and have fun with her at Dave and Busters. I want this to be a start for us. She misses me being at home and I miss her too. We’re living separately and she enjoyed the things I would do around the house for her because I truly do love her. She also brought up our Sex life it could be better if I lasted longer and spiced it up a bit. I’ve been working out and drinking water consistently for the past 3 weeks and assure her that next time I’ll have a clear mind and sex will be different. Should I continue to try and win her back or should I let her live her life and move on from me? I know I can change and want to prove that to her. She’s giving me the chance but she’s running out of steam if I continue to make the same mistakes.

Firstly, it's good that you are recognising the mistakes you've made and that you are actively trying to correct them and work on yourself, that's an excellent first step. Being apart currently is probably a good thing for the time being.
I think her talking to you about things that could be improved upon in the relationship is a good sign that she wants to continue the relationship with you. But if you're unsure, it's always good to ask her and see how she feels. If you're feeling like the relationship isn't going to work out or you don't feel like you've got anything else to give to her or the relationship, then you don't have to continue the relationship because you feel like you have made her unhappy. It is a two way street.
In terms of lasting in bed longer, sometimes that can't be helped. Men naturally climax quicker than women so it's a good idea to focus on her pleasure before yours and spend more time on foreplay which should help you both climax more around the same time.
Understandably she will lose her patience if you continue to behave in ways she does not like. If that happens, there's not much you can do other than accept the relationship has run its course. Not everything is made to last!
Hope this helps, wishing you all the best!
I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling so hurt by the people around you. That's a tough situation to be in, and a tough choice to make. It sounds like you want people to be upfront with you but the people around you have been taking advantage of you - it must feel draining to be in this situation. Do you have any other person such a family member which can support you during this though time.
