This thread is a dedicated space for prayer requests and support. Whether you're going through a personal crisis, facing health concerns, or other difficulties, you can ask for an empathetic ear, offer prayers, or just comforting words. If you'd like a specific kind of support, please do mention it with your share. You can say as much or as little as you like about your situation. (It can be as simple as "please pray for x", "please send me strength/blessings/vibes", "please keep me in your thoughts", "send beams" etc!)
For those who are willing, please consider extending your support to fellow members. Your compassion and words of encouragement can provide solace and strength to someone in need. Let's come together as a community to lift each other up in times of hardship.

I understand that we're not alone - Jesus Christ, God and The Holy Spirit are there with us. But the 2 other lines of the quote by Silicon I didn't understand.

Lighthouses are pictures of steadfastness. Battered by hurricane force gales, pelted by sea spray, and baked by the sun, those giants cling year after year to the coastline.
They stand sometimes for centuries, and they are fascinating. A favorite with artists and photographers, lighthouses come to mind when you think of words like refuge, strong, or fortress, words that were used to describe God when David penned the thirty-first psalm.
Lighthouses guide ships to safety by throwing light out into the night, beckoning the captains to shore. In a similar way, you might easily stray into dangerous waters if not God's light thrown on your path.

Hi everyone. I’d like to ask for some prayer support please whenever you might think of it. I don’t know what to ask for specifically, maybe my marriage, maybe loving myself, maybe internal and external peace/calm, maybe hope for my future, maybe healing. I’m a mess. I’m losing my mind and my will. I can’t discern reality. I have been growing closer to God but feeling more detached from things on Earth. I’m scared. Thank you for this space, for reading, and keeping me in mind. 🙏

Interestingly enough, If someone asks for a prayer request, I don't stop at just praying once. I'm one of those P.U.S.H. types (pray until something happens). Even in the time before your reply to me, I walked away from my computer and prayed for you a second time. You are on my mind and in my heart ❤️. We'll keep the prayers coming! 😇

@SparkyGizmo I wanted to write back to tell you that yesterday I went to church after we wrote each other here, and I thought of you and pray for you too. My heart is still hurting, but I had this sense of comfort and being surrounded. It is a sense of spiritual community that I really needed. Thank you. ❤️

@calmMango9611 I do ❤ I am missing 2 fingers in each hand, so I've had to work really hard with my hands and limited mobility, but I'm actually quite good😁 I'm really proud of myself ❤
