knowing that you are safe, that you have a place where you can speak freely and openly about your emotions and feelings and about situations you've been through or are going through, can be really beneficial to people; it helps to allow someone to open up about the difficult times they've been through, knowing they wont be judged about it, and knowing that they have people who will support and encourage them through it

thats what i love most about 7 cups and being part of the Safety and Knowledge group, we make the site a safe, caring place for all who come here!

@Tazzie

Feeling safe and comfortable is an important core component for anyone. When you feel safe and less threatened, the motivational levels and focus to perform day-to-day activities or outcomes at work is easier with more positive outcomes. It puts less strain on your mental, emotional or physical health because your primary focus is on other things rather than the stress of feeling unsafe.

@Tazzie

Feeling safe can give you a sense of belonging and make you feel more comfortable with your surroundings.
