Chats Disappearing
Greetings. I am experienceing that chats with listeners are getting disapperared.
I was with a listener a moment ago. The chat got quiet, then i passed for the site a moment later and now there is no chat of the listener i was.
What is happenning?

@JohnDoe00 Can you see your chat with the listener under My Progress (the link to the page is under My Path)?
Can you still see the listener's profile?
If a listener blocked you or their account is deactivated the chat often goes poof.
If you can see their profile and the chat is gone, put in a support ticket (support and feedback link is at the bottom right hand corner on most pages on the webstie).

I guess is either blocked or deactivated :( i have a void of 11 days and i spoke with listeners in that time lapse.

@JohnDoe00 It can be hard to see a listener go missing, but that's not your fault. Many listeners are members with mental illnesses and they find they need to leave, temporarily or permanently to take care of themselves. Also sometimes listeners do inappropriate things and lose access to their accounts because of that, even good ones sometimes mess up.
This site is here so people like us can seek support. People require support systems to live healthily, that doesn't make you a burden.
