Help with Training and Certification

What you wrote here is a forum post. I clicked the little thing just by the Reply button to vote it up—that's an upvate. Repeated member chats are just what they say they are—when you chat with someone you chatted with before. And group chats are chats in the chat rooms.

I don't know what I'm supposed to say in group chats either, so I hope someone will come along and explain it to both of us

Referral links are when someone else comes to 7 Cups by clicking on your personal referral link. You could e-mail people or put the link out on social media to get people to click it.

If the site crashes for any reason at all, go to the Support Desk to report the problem.

@Endofthedream @Rarelycharlie - I'm certainly not an expert on group chats as I spend more of my time in the forums, but in general, the same ideas apply there as elsewhere - you are meant to be supportive, non-judgmental, and to listen and talk to others. Each room has a theme, so generally sticking on topic is a good thing, but a little bit of straying away is generally alright.

One good way to get started in group chats is to just pick a room, and start saying hello to people as they enter. Some might not reply, but others will and you can start chatting with them. Often a great conversation will come out for the whole room. Another way to get started is to start attending discussions and participating there - this is sometimes easier because there is a clear question being asked that you can answer.

And if you're ever not sure, you can always pop into one of the listener rooms and ask if someone will go into a group support room with you so you don't feel alone.

I have a problem with the group chats. I keep going in them and send messages, but in my certification page, it's still written zero under the group chats. Can someone help me understand what I do wrong and why the number doesn't go up?
