Hi,

i have a question. What are the possible reasons that an account in 7cups had been removed, in a way that the person cannot come here anymore?

Hey @Tsuk multiple reasons why an account is banned. 

Some I can think of right now- creating multiple accounts, multiple reports on unsupportive/ trolling/ inappropriate behaviour!

@Tsuk especially on a support platform like 7 Cups where keeping a safe space is top priority the freak circus

I wonder if an account can be removed for different reasons, such as inactivity or a violation of the community guidelines. It would be helpful to know whether users are notified about the reason and if there’s any way to recover their accounts.
