What does this message means ?

Does it mean that listener blocked me ? Or is this a bug ? I can still see profile of person I was talking with, so account of that person wasnt banned.

It could be one of the following:
- Listener blocked you
- Listener has deactivated their acct (self-care break)
- Listener has been asked to leave the listener community

If we can see their account, does that clearly mean they blocked you? :/

Yes, it does sound like that. I know that is not great news. I am sorry. It could be for a variety of reasons unrelated to you. For ex. maybe the chat topic is one that is triggering for them, maybe they are unable to give support at this time..etc. I wouldn't over think it! We have many incredible listeners who are here for you. Please reach out to another!
