Verify Human Access Keeping me out of Group Support Chats
Hi peeps :)
I'm having some problems accessing the group support chats. It keeps asking me to verify I'm human which is completely fine. I usually do it and get in in no time but tonight I've tried several times and it's not working.
Is the website having a bug or do I have some sort of problem?

@villalobos sorry you are having a problem. I did not have a problem but it may only ask once a day when it did this morning.
You could
Check you do not have CAPS LOCK on.
Logout of 7 cups and Close your browser and open it up in 30 seconds. Open browser and relog in. If that does not help you could try shutting down computer and starting up again.
make sure to use the same case as in captcha box

Hi I guess it only asks you once a day. I went to chat this morning logged out and then returned this evening and it did not ask me.

@villalobos ... i am having similar problems as well. I have cleaned out my cookies. Logged off and logged on again but nothing is working at this time. I will try again later.
I am having the same problem, I would like to be avaliable for chat but this will be my first chat. I do not want to be in a situation where I can't reach out to someone in the listener forum.
I have cleared my cache, rebooted, and tried a different browser.
After I click the submit button, it just opens a new one for me to enter. I am certain I am entering it correctly.
@ManifestCalm you have been very thorough. Sorry you are having a problem. You could submit a ticket but that is a slow fix.

I think that there are many people experiencing that tonight. Sorry about that! I know several people have submitted support tickets (yay!) and I have let @KrinkTheMellowUnicorn know as well. Hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow.

sorry about this. we made a fix to one problem with the "CAPTCHA" (the prove you're a human thing) but seemed to have caused a separate bug. I've alerted @devTeam and expect they should be able to fix the problem soon after 9am eastern tomorrow.

@Amelia when I go into the chat support rooms today, it does not check if I am human. Trusting computer :)
I was tested on Wednesday so maybe it remembers???
