As to referrals, those come from the personal referral link that's on your desktop. I pasted mine on social media--it doesn't lead directly to your profile, but to the 7Cups welcome page--I was initially worried about people I know in real life seeing my profile and connecting with me on the site, but that isn't what happens.

For reviews, I feel kind of uncomfortable asking people for reviews, and I don't have a ton myself. But I just try to do the best that I can and take a lot of chats, many with repeat users, and inevitably someone will write a review. Some people don't feel so uncomfortable but I can never get the phrasing right and I just...forget how to use the English language when I go to ask someone. But if you do the best that you can someone will take the time to review you eventually. Have patience:)

I'm having a hard time figuring this out. I signed up, but it wouldn't take my email address. I had to make up a fake one to create an account. I can't find a 'contact us' link. Is this a real site? How do I get hold of someone to fix the account?
