To get started.... Just flag any profiles you see! Please go through the Browse Listeners page 1-3 times per day that you are online to see if there are any inappropriate profiles!! If you see something, say something!!
We are counting on you all to help flag and remove these hurtful profiles from the community! We updated the flag color on each profile to be red, so make it more clear!
How do we know if its inapprorpriate?
- Sexual or graphic profile picture
- Sexual or grpahic username
- Sexual or graphic bio text
- Username or picture that is of a celebrity or popular figure
- Priofle bio text sharing social media handles, email Id..etc.

@Power @Laura .. On Some of the listeners' profile it is listed that they are 17 , 16 but then their profiles were loaded 3 or 4 years ago . Is there a reminder sent to these listeners to update their profile ? Plus since they are no more teens , will these listeners still be able to participate on teen oly sites based on their profiles.? And , does the safety patrol team red flag these listeners?
@faithlove1111 Hello, if you stumble upon a profile in which you feel that the listener or member is on the wrong side of the site, you can flag the profile and the site can look into it. The site allows teen Members to be 13 - 17 years old. Teen Listeners to be 15-17 years old, and adult users all should be 18+

In addition to what Power said, you can also look for the "Evolution" badge (this badge is for listeners who started off as teens and aged up) on the listener's profile. For instance, if you spot a profile, where the listener has specified that they are 16 but their "Listens to" is "Listens to: Over 18", it could just be that their bio description wasn't updated.

Power,I came across several listener accounts who are under 18 yrs yet listening to over 18.Is that something to report?If so under which reason should we report them?
@BraveyHeart Hello that is a great question. We have requested the dev team to add a selection for: "Wrong Age / Underage". Until the age selection is added to the drop down list for profile flagging, you can select the option that says: "Bio: Inappropriate Language or Unprofessional", then type into the box more details about the reason for the flag.
