Feeling crazy
I don't know where these thoughts came from, but from the past 2-3 days, I'm beginning to feel crazy for being self-loving. Like that I'm talking to myself, relying on myself and have a proper relationship with myself supposedly feel crazy and now I can't get this feeling out of my head. Also some guilt from the past of something really inappropriate just keeps cropping up making me feel like a bad person despite all my good actions and intentions. This is so troubling. Help. Pls someone.
@reservedVase8999 Accountability can be a tough topic to face if its that which is making you feel guilty about your self-love towards yourself.
If what others are saying is true that your hurt them can be tough to face.
We all have hurt someone whether we meant to or not.
What matters is how you reflect on your behaviours and actions.
Imagine being that person hearing your comments and phrases - how would it land and why
We all come with our triggers etc
What matters is if our comments were exclusively rude, disrespectful.
Speak to yourself in terms of behaviours and dont personalise and it will be easy to do :)
Good luck!
Kind regards,

Thank u so much for ur reply. This actually opened a door of realization for me, I mean it. I realized why I felt so guilty for this particular thing and not for other things, was because I had tried to justify my behavior instead of holding accountability, because I was afraid that if I admitted I messed up, it would mean I was against myself. But that was not the case. This broke the guilt cycle I've been feeling, thanks to your words. Again, I'm so grateful to you
