I just...
I'm useless.
I can't even talk to others like a normal person.
I can't help back those who helped me.
I always screw up everything I do, or try to do, no matter how hard I try.
I'm just a college dropout who doesn't know what to do with their life. Why am I so pathetic?
I just... I'm just a horrible person who deserves to be like this, aren't I?
I don't even know why am I writing this.
@AxlMega I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way what you’re carrying sounds heavy, and I want you to know that your pain is valid and you are not alone. Even when it feels like everything is falling apart, your worth doesn’t disappear; you’re not pathetic or horrible, just someone who's hurting deeply right now and that deserves compassion, not shame.
@AxlMega
I can understand how you could feel and I'm sorry you feel this way. But its important to pay attention to the script you are telling yourself. You are not pathetic, and you are not useless. Humans tend to dramatize every situation. Maybe you've had circumstances that led you to not being in college or you needed to shift your attention elsewhere. What helps me when I feel this way I ask myself: if I had a friend going through what I was going through, what would I tell him/her? this often puts things into perspective and brings light into those false negative/ spiraling thoughts. Stranger on the internet, you are important and needed, even if you dont see it.
Hey, don’t be so critical of yourself. A lot of people don’t know what to do with their life, it’s normal. The only thing you are responsible of is yourself. So take care of yourself, do the things you love. Remember, mistakes as part of growth. You can’t avoid them. So don’t be hard on yourself. Just acknowledge them and try to reflect and learn from the mistakes. You are responsible for your happiness - so don’t take it from yourself. Treat yourself with kindness - you deserve that.

@AxlMega don’t dim your light just because it’s different. You carry the strength of all the battles you’ve fought
