A Poem Upon My Return
Hello My fellow 7 Cup-ers!
Oh, how I have missed you all! In honor of my return, I wrote a short poem.
Dear 7 Cups Community
You all are so kind
So empathetic and free
While I was away, I missed you
Thought of you
And hoped for you
But self-care is nurturing
Self-care is self-love
Self-care is rest, and thoughtfulness
I took care to rest up
detach, meditate, think
Sleep deep, dream big and eat well
Today I return to you
Peaceful heart in hand
Ready to take on the 7 Cups land
with determintation and joy
For I know Kindness, and friendship
is awaiting me
Diversity, problem solving, support
behold me
today and every day
As I walk the streets of our beloved city
I am back and ready to see you all again!

And thank you for sharing your poem, it's really beautiful and wise - I agree that it can be hard to leave 7Cups at times but self-care is extremely important and you as a leader is showing us example how important is it to take care of yourself!
