Following Participants in the Sharing Circle
The instructions say to hover over a members name to be able to follow them. I've done that and even clicked on the members name and there is no option to follow a member. What is up?
@purpleTree4652 I don't know anything about sharing circles, but I guess those instructions are obsolete and refer to following members' feeds. The feed feature was removed in November last year: Bon voyage, feed! The feed is retiring today
Members (and listeners too, of course) can keep a personal diary in the forum, but 7 Cups does not provide a consistent way to find anyone's diary. Some people put a link in their profile, some don't. Once you've found someone's diary, however, you can subscribe to it in the normal way.

@7CupsCommunity can we get rid of things that reference the feed to avoid confusing people?
@AffyAvo, Thanks. I don't know about any feed. I wasn't talking about a feed. I wish someone from 7cups would respond to my thread, though. Do you happen to know if they respond to members' threads here?
@purpleTree4652 Following someone was related to the feed, that message shouldn't still be showing up.
Sometimes people from 7cups reply, but usually only if something is brough to their attention. They get a lot of tags and messages, so don't read many of the forum threads unless tagged. The 7cupscommunity account was made for those working at 7cups to respond to things like questions and feedback and I think a variety of staff have access although I've never seen it mentioned who specifically uses the account.
