Self help guides
Hi there Unicorn :) . I have now completed 3 self help guides . The first one I got a badge for straightaway after completion . The second two I still haven't got badges for . I completed these 2 after the new design came in . Just wondering if it's a bug ? Thankeee for any help :) <3

Hey there! It's possible there's just a delay with the badges coming through? Sometimes it can take a while for it to be completed and processed. I'd suggest waiting a while and checking if they come through.
That said, it might be a bug, so I tagged Unicorn for you to help you out further is it is a bug and not a bit of delay. Have a great day!

It could be a delay but I was just a bit puzzled as the first time the badge came immediately ( within 1 min ) . :) Thankee though and if it's a matter of waiting patiently , I'm quite happy to do so <3
@2015ihope Automatic badges should pop up almost immediately after completion, sometimes there is a bug where it is awarded but it doesn't pop up. If it was not awarded but you completed the training, you can try re-doing it or submitting a bug report here

Thanks for replying <3 I took a lot of care and time on the guides so I don't think the badge wasn't awarded due to getting something wrong :) . Thanks for the link and I've submitted a report . Thank you for your time and help , I appreciate it :) <3

can you tell me which Guides you did not receive credit for?
(I'm trying to tell if the problem is random or perhaps related to them being newer guides for which badges may not yet have been set up?)

The badges I'm missing are the self help badges for Depression and Self harm .

I as well have had certain guides that I've not gotten a badge for. I thought maybe some just didn't award a badge...but if they are all suppose to give a badge, this problem is still occurring with some of the guides.
