I have a question, why are the guides in the training section not written specifically for a listener to read, with exception of the sexual abuse one? I found the sexual abuse training guide very very helpful, especially the chat example and wish all of the training guides were actual listener training like that, which they aren't. Also, why is there not a grief section? For members or listeners.

looking forward to this :)

I have 2 questions:

-1-
Can you please assure us again that all services in this website will remain uncharged? especially after Glen's recent thread titled "Therapy and Counseling" where it was announ
ced that we may have therapist-listeners with separate profiles.

-2-
Will this broadcast be recorded so we can attend it later in case we can't make it? ^^"

Thanks a lot.

I didn't see this talk. One question about this. If different profiles for people who are therapists outside 7 Cups, how much different? Charging for them? Also, how come u are willing to put so many resources, training lessons etc for Free? I always wondered and would love to hear about your vision regarding this matter. I'll think about more.

What he meant is that there are therapists who act as listeners and that they will have different profiles. By the way, I think we all should be able to use the video conferencing system and return the use of calls (now, from the app using VoIP, even I do not know if it's expensive or possible)

Added to my calendar! I was just visiting other projects as the Semicolon and I saw they have a store. It would be great for outreach if we had a store or something like that and it would generate profits to improve the system.

I was also noticing that we do not have a guide with information about LGBTQ+ and often members do not even know what the acronym means. We could think to add more information.

I wonder about the outreach projects to be developed, and I love to see them being strengthened. I mean, it would be great if we could represent 7 Cups in our schools and things like that. I know there already are outreach possibilities but I think they are not encouraged, nor very executed. Can you consider structure it better? :)

Hey @Ace13 this is really great. I was leading some discussions about LGBTQ+, I think you had not the opportunity to attend. The feedback was very good. Anyway let me know if you need help! #LGBTQTeamForTheWin, right? :D

I would love to attend if I can, I'm new here. I have a few questions regarding the app. I'm aware you may have no control over this, but I thought it would be helpful to get it out there; is it possible to put a refer button on the 1 on 1 chats? It would make it a lot easier to help the member get a listener they need. Also, is it possible to put the question mark on the 1 on 1 chats? Sometimes I don't know what to say to the member, and the assistance would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise I love 7 cups of tea, it's great to have so many amazing people and I love to be able to help people as much as I can, whether in group chats or in 1 on 1 chats.

I agree it would be quite interesting to have an option to refer the member. The question mark button is really useful especially for new members, but while it does not appear, you can use the back button > Group Support > Teen Listeners and receive support in the same way :)
