How to participate: It doesn't matter if its a 2 day streak or a 200 day streak, every day where we do something for yourself deserves to be honored! So... every time you earn another day on your streak, come on down & let us know in this thread! We'd love to give you a *high five* and honor your work along side you! If you do not feel comfortable, there is no pressure to participate!

Today I made it to my 365 day streak! 
I am so proud of myself and I honestly wasn't sure that I'd make it to this streak, so I'm excited I succeeded. We'll see if I make it any further along the streak path. 
If not, I feel this alone was a huge accomplishment for me.

Well today is day one (again!) 
If I would keep track I'd probably start to see a pattern of extra stress, extra appointments, extra anxiety and then forget about my Streak :( I was even here sort of a lot yesterday, I just totally forgot to do a progress step. I'm sad. (Well, I'm sad about a whole slew of other things, I'm just sad about this too.) Hugs, anyone? @rosyOctopus ? Platy could use some real live 'I really do care about you' hugs. Tomorrow shall be day two ...

Aww @cyanPlatypus6370, I'm so sorry. I know how discouraging it is when you lose the streak when you've worked so hard to keep it. But know this, even if you're back at day one today...you are making progress, each and every day you are taking steps to grow and to follow your path. I know it's nice to see the progress in numbers here on the progress path, but my dear friend Platy, these numbers are not the final word on how you are doing and where you are in your growth. Please know we are all proud of you for the steps you take each day, and I certainly hope you are proud of yourself too.

My dear Moj, you are so sweet you make me want to cry! But that's just where I'm at right now. And yes, being a numbers and math person, it is very satisfactory to see my daily streak number getting higher. I'm trying to think what I'm learning if/when it goes back to day one. I'm not coming up with much ... but the sky isn't falling so I guess stuff is mostly ok. :\ And thank you, hugs to you also dear. Platy

@cyanPlatypus6370 - in my member acct i seem to lose my streak every couple of weeks and just like you say it generally indicates i am getting too stressed.

Hey Platy! I am seeing this a bit late, but I am sorry that you have to start your streak wth Day 1 again. \
I hope that all the stress and anxiety have gone by now. Also, be perseverent about your streak, you will progress again pretty fast.

Oh..., my.... goodness...... I am SO frustrated. This is my SECOND time getting up there on my streak, only to have it dropped back to day 1, because for some reason 7cups randomly decides to every once in a while not count growth steps taken on the mobile app!!! I should be on streak day 43, and it knocked me down to 1, and I haven't missed a single day. This is incredibly discouraging. Please fix this. @laura

Aww I'm so sorry that happened to you @proactiveTiger3409, that's got to be frustrating when a glitch happens. Maybe @KrinkTheMellowUnicorn or @EzraBC can help you out?
But Tigtig, try not to stay too down about it if they're unable to fix it. Continue taking the steps you need to in order to grow, make progress and heal your heart and soul. Sometimes they are steps here, and sometimes it's elsewhere...taking care of yourself, and doing the self care you need, as well as the self reflective steps 7cups encourages.

@proactiveTiger3409 - i'm so sorry. this must be frustrating. do you know which steps are not keeping your streak going? currently you need to click the button on the confirmation screen to keep your streak, too, fwiw.
@KrinkTheMellowUnicorn I clicked the button / confirmation screen..... I have to in order to move onto the next step. I watched two videos, clicked confirmation screen, and then I did a relaxation breathing exercise. Please fix this. It is devastating to be brought back to zero when I AM remembering to do it every day. When every other thing in my life feels out of control, it would be nice for one thing to work as it was actually intended.
@KrinkTheMellowUnicorn If you look at my feed, you can also see that I did "a small simple step" as well yesterday. It is documented on my feed. There's no way I should lose my streak. I have been getting excited about being closer to getting to the 60 day mark... at which point I believe there is a badge.

@DarkCoffee I didn't lose it..... I have done it every day. I am getting incredibly frustrated. 7cups glitch stole my streak for the 2nd or 3rd time in one year.

@DarkCoffee I am on day 50 now, but no one will fix the glitch. I don't see the point of even trying for streaks when they can be taken away at random like it does when there's a glitch with the app. Can someone please help me??

I got to watch a video for my growth path step today! I like video days. Correction, I really like video days.
I think my streak is at 9 days now (but it should be at 11). Anyone else have a problem with this? The official counter of streak days being off? The problem for me began Sat27/Sun28, last weekend. Sat, May 27 - streak 5 days. Sun, May 28 - streak 4 days. Then the counter started counting as usual from Sunday 4 days. Granted this is only 2 days difference, but what happened?

I too really enjoy the videos! There has only been one that I can remember that I found actually kinda disturbing, but otherwise they're really good and sometimes help give you such a perspective change. I hope you get your days figured out and they keep on climing! Hugs to you friend!

It could be a glitch. Moj was ahead of me wth 2 days and now there are 4 days difference between us, so I am not sure.
Yeah @DarkCoffee, how did that happen? I didn't think I was 4 days ahead of you either, I'm not sure what went on!! I'm glad we're both on our streaks still, but weird that the amount of days between us changed!

Yeah @DarkCoffee, if you look at page 15 we're only 2 days apart there. It's so weird! Maybe @KrinkTheMellowUnicorn could tell us what went on? Maybe I snuck in 2 extra days into my life somehow...lol? I wonder if around time change or maybe that day when the streaks were getting lost because of a glitch maybe something happened then?
