Many of you have decided to commit to your growth path, taking steps every day. You are all on streaks! In this thread, let us know what number streak this is!
How to participate: It doesn't matter if its a 2 day streak or a 200 day streak, every day where we do something for yourself deserves to be honored! So... every time you earn another day on your streak, come on down & let us know in this thread! We'd love to give you a *high five* and honor your work along side you! If you do not feel comfortable, there is no pressure to participate!

Woo hoo, ten days! (Yes this is rather sarcastic ... but I'm sick of starting my streak over, so ten days isn't all that bad, eh?)

I had a 36 day streak...now it id sown to 1 day ( I had to go to thehospital :(
Was not allowed phone there.
But I am determined to surpass my 36 days and keep going <3

I am not sure what's happening. I think you remember that there was a 2 days difference between our streaks initially, but now there are 7 days difference, as I am on a 523 day streak.

@DarkCoffee 7 days??? That's craziness! Have you asked anyone about this? Might be worth sending a support ticket for them to check into this discrepincy.

I did 12 steps in 2 days. The best part was the gratitudes and positives.
@Gregariousgrapes those are 2 of the steps I enjoy as well!! I also like the simple small step one too! Anyway, keep on taking those steps, you are doing great!

@Moj thanks! Im getting through them. I'm on 40 something. I just got to embraced 4 so I'm happy about that. I like the focus on the positive because I have trouble doing that so its good for me to practice on. And the mindfulness audio is soooo relaxing.

New here....not even completely sure how to use the app altogether.
About me...Just a guy. Pretty good guy though with a damn big heart. I'm a Dad...7 kids most of the grown. My twin girls are 16. They lost their Mom 8 Years ago to a heart attack. I've raised four of my girls and it hasn't been easy but I've always been there.
Currently in life I'm doing okay. I have my own business that's doing well. I also have a job rocking forest roads for the logging companies.
I kind of have a girlfriend but she's quite a bit younger than I. Not sure how I feel about it but I may be in love with her. I don't want anyone else so far. So I just go with it. We consider ourself friends and that makes me very happy because I think that's where love starts and continues...in friendship. At any rate, i dig her deeply and as far as im concerned i hope shes in my life forever. I hope she is good to me as i will be to her.
So that's what's going on in my life. That and making sure the bills are paid. I suffer from anxiety, depression but manage. Some days are blue but most are alright
@RoadRocker66 welcome to the site, I hope that you are slowly figuring things out on the site and finding it to be a helpful and welcoming place to spend some of your time! Sounds like there may be many areas of the site that would be helpful for you to connect with...parenting, grief and loss, relationships, anxiety and depression. Take time to check out the different communities and places within the forum. And don't be afraid to ask for help navigating different areas of the site, and also for support.

I am currently on a 9 day streak (my personal best so far). I've been trying to get on everyday lately, sometimes multiple times a day.
