One of the most beautiful things I hear all the time on 7 Cups is how this community makes people feel safe. It's such a powerful word, and I'd like to explore this universal idea as a community.

- When you think of feeling safe on 7 Cups, what does it actually feel like for you?

To me, safe on 7 Cups feels like being able to exhale without fear of being judged, interrupted, or dismissed. It looks like a soft, warm light in a quiet room. Maybe pale yellow or gentle lavender. 💛💜 The phrase that brings me safety is: 'I'm here. Take your time
