I see recent updates to group chats, 1-1s and no details have been given. Can we please get an update? I also think it's useful to be told how some of these things work. For example when making a general request we can put in 3 topics. If a description is given though it has been my limited experience that only the 1st topic and description is shown, not sure if this is always what happens.

I agree! There's no updates for somethings at all :( no update for the dislike tool in forums also?
It really would help to know what some features are for and why they are being implemented!

Hi Affy. I understand your frustration and the need for a heads-up on updates and changes. Community and engineering team will be tightly aligning communication to ensure you get a heads-up on future changes.
The 3 issue option for general requests was a community request which is now live. The rest we will circle back on ASAP. If the 3 issues one is giving you trouble, send me a message and I'll look into it with you.
